    Prof. Dr. Eiman-Kanjo

    • Holds a position as an Honorary Professor in "tinyML" at the Department of Computing, Imperial College London, a prestigious institution in London.
    • Serves as a Professor in "Pervasive Sensing."
    • Director of the "Smart Sensing" Lab at Nottingham Trent University.
      • Her multidisciplinary team works on developing advanced technologies in wireless and pervasive sensing, including system design, expert systems, mobile technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, data analysis, wearable devices, and edge computing.
    • Previously worked as a researcher at the Computer Lab of the University of Cambridge.
    • Research Fellow at the "Mixed Reality Lab" at the University of Nottingham.
    • Her research spans multiple fields, focusing on how technology can enhance individual well-being.
    • Collaborates with police services (Metropolitan Police) and defense and security groups to use technology to improve safety.
    • Contributes to green social prescription initiatives, which combine technology with promoting environmental health.
    • In 2022, she was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women in Engineering by the Women in Engineering Society.
    • Leads the Alan Turing Institute University Network Award and works with the "tinyML" and edge AI foundations, participating in various steering committees, including "tinyML EMEA" and the "tinyML Research Symposium."
    • Co-leads "TinyML UK" in collaboration with ARM.
    • Serves as an editor for the "Data Centric Engineering" journal.
    • Holds a leadership role as Co-Director of the Health Data Research UK Institute for the Midlands region (HDRUK).
